1. PROOF OBLIGATION

The Reinsured shall maintain tamper-evident governance proof for all AI-assisted
underwriting, bind, renewal, and claims triage systems material to this Agreement
("Governed Systems") using an independent verification rail that permits stranger
verification without operator login (Velaru /verify or equivalent SCITT-shaped export).

2. TRIGGER OBLIGATION

Upon any of the following events, the Reinsured shall within 24 hours publish a
callable obligation surface and proof_ref to the Velaru Erra trigger feed or
equivalent attestation rail:

  (a) ExecuteGate or equivalent bind-gate returns HOLD on bind or renewal;
  (b) material AI model or weights change not disclosed at inception;
  (c) governed incident sealed under DORA Art. 17 or EU AI Act Art. 12 logging.

3. VERIFICATION

Treaty parties and their auditors may verify any cited proof_ref at:

without Reinsured system access.

4. REMEDIES

Failure to maintain proof obligations under Sections 1–2 constitutes a material
breach of warranty for silent-AI and automation exclusions under this Agreement.
Premium adjustment and holdback rights attach to published obligation surfaces
with trigger_state FIRED and settlement_id on the Velaru BPS ledger.
